STANDARD INSTALLATION

  • Strip off the perimeter of the roof or if possible strip off all felts back to boards.

  • Clean and cut out new wall chase where required.

  • Apply a 2mm vented layer to the roof to allow the felt to breath and move with the timber structure.

  • Apply a 4mm maxi-torch on underlay fully adhered to roof.

  • Apply a finishing layer of 4mm green mineral.

  • Insert the cut to measure green into the wall chase and seal in with a 3-1 mortar mix.

  • Install cut to size edge trims where required.

  • Install cut to size gutter trims correctly sitting into the gutter beneath.

  • Clean down all works and leave work site clean and tidy.

  • Customer inspection upon completion.
